Business Pre-fill

Turn a 20-field KYB form into two fields. The applicant enters a business name and country, AiPrise matches it to the official registry record and fills in the rest: legal name, entity type, registration number, registered address, incorporation date, and where available, directors. They confirm instead of typing. Live in 65+ countries.

Business form interface showing two screens: left screen asks for applicant's business name and country with values 'Acme Trading' and 'United States'; right screen displays auto-filled business details for 'Acme Trading LLC,' including legal name, file number 6142857, entity type Limited Liability Company, registered address 251 Little Falls Dr, Wilmington, DE, formation date 12 Mar 2016 marked Active, and two legal representatives, with options to confirm and sourced from Delaware Division of Corporations.

The onboarding formis where you lose good customers

Business Pre-fill flips the form from type everything to confirm everything, with the data coming straight from the registry.

Twenty fields, then silence

Twenty fields, then silence

A qualified applicant sees twenty fields asking for registration numbers, tax IDs, and registered addresses, and leaves.

The ones who stay get it wrong

The ones who stay get it wrong

A trading name instead of the legal name, a typo in the registration number, an old address. Each one becomes a failed check and an RFI email.

A form built for one country

A form built for one country

Identifier formats change in every jurisdiction. A form built for the US quietly breaks in the next sixty countries.

[Problem]

Two ways to verify without a document

Whichever source answers, the applicant ends up confirming instead of typing.

Digital proof of address showing registered address as Storgatan 14, Stockholm, verified by Swedish population registry with green check marks.

From the registry

The matching engine searches the official registry and resolves the right entity among similar names and trading names
Legal name, entity type, registration and tax identifiers, registered address, incorporation date, and status are populated
Directors and ownership information where the registry provides them
Live in 65+ countries including the US, EU, UK, Singapore, and Australia, through one integration
Best for
Markets where the official registry returns a confident match on name and country.
Document snippet highlighting business name 'Acme Trading Ltd' and address 'Storgatan 14, Stockholm' on a white background with blurred text lines around.

From a document

AiPrise reads a registration certificate or articles of incorporation
Business name, entity ID, tax ID, registered address, related persons, and related companies are extracted
Works in any country, including markets where the registry returns no confident match
The same document is checked for authenticity as part of KYB, so nothing is uploaded twice
Best for
Everywhere else, and any market where a document is already part of your KYB pack.
Never worse than manual

If there is no confident match, the flow falls back to the ordinary form. Pre-filled values are proposals the applicant reviews and confirms. Nothing they have typed is ever overwritten.

How it works

Onboarding a business takes a confirmation, not a questionnaire.

01

Two fields

The applicant enters their business name and country in the Onboarding SDK or hosted flow. That is all they are asked for up front.

02

Match

AiPrise searches the official registry, resolves the right entity, and pulls the registered record: a Delaware LLC from state filings, a German GmbH from the Handelsregister, a Singapore Pte Ltd from ACRA, an Australian Pty Ltd from ASIC.

03

Confirm

The form arrives filled. The applicant reviews, edits anything that needs it, and continues. The confirmed data flows straight into KYB verification, UBO mapping, and screening.

Pre-fill and verificationin one flow

Pre-validated data

Pre-validated data

Application data comes from the registry itself, so it arrives clean. Fewer mismatches, fewer failed checks, fewer RFI loops.

Mismatches as fraud signals

Mismatches as fraud signals

When an applicant's claims diverge from the registry record, that delta is flagged at the top of the funnel: a consulting firm registered as a money services business, or a registration number that belongs to a different entity.

Straight into KYB

Confirmed data feeds business verification, UBO mapping, sanctions and AML screening, and document checks on the same platform. No re-keying between vendors.
