Today we're launching Business Pre-fill, a new AiPrise product that turns the long, error-prone business onboarding form into a two-field experience. An applicant enters their business name and country. AiPrise matches them to the official registry record and fills in the rest: legal name, entity type, registration number, registered address, incorporation date, and more.

The onboarding form is where you lose good customers

3. The form fills itself. Legal name, entity type, registration and tax identifiers, registered address, incorporation date, and where available, directors and ownership information are populated directly from the registry record.
4. The applicant confirms instead of typing. One review, one click, done.

And if there's no confident match, the flow falls back gracefully to manual entry. Pre-fill can only make your conversion better, never worse.
