Product Updates: Building Continuous Compliance That Works for You

Our focus was on creating tools that make compliance smarter, faster, and more adaptive from due diligence that happens automatically to workflows that keep evolving long after onboarding.

Web Presence AI Agent (Beta!)

One of the most time-consuming parts of KYB and ongoing monitoring is building a complete picture of a company’s online presence and now, our Web Presence AI Agent does that for you.

Just provide a business name and website URL, and the agent handles everything:

• Auto-flag by industry & keywords: Define the categories, terms, or red flags that matter to you, the agent will proactively find and highlight them.
  
• Built-in industry classification: Companies are automatically categorized using standard codes (NAICS, MCC, SIC), giving you structured insights instantly.
  
• Social & media scans: The agent combs through major platforms and media outlets, surfacing sentiment, critical news, or potential compliance issues.
  
• Built fully in-house: Because we built it ourselves, expect faster iteration, tighter integration with the September platform, and more reliable support.

This tool can save compliance teams up to 8 hours per 100 cases time previously wasted on manual research while also ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

‍Biometric e-KYC in Argentina

We’ve expanded KYC coverage to Argentina with a biometric flow that collects an ID number, date of birth and a selfie, and validates the data directly with the national registry.
Faster, more secure verification across LATAM

‍Periodic Review: Compliance That Never Sleeps

Compliance shouldn’t stop once onboarding is complete. With our new Periodic Review feature, it doesn’t. You can now automatically re-assess and refresh business profiles on a schedule or trigger reviews when risk profiles change:

• Schedule reviews every 6 or 12 months, or set a custom cadence.
  
• Trigger reviews manually from the business profile page whenever risk signals change.
  
• Automatically move companies from Approved =>  Review status when conditions warrant a second look.
  
• Tie reviews to downstream actions like ticket creation, email alerts, or automated checks (AML, website scans, etc.).

Whether you want to ensure ongoing compliance across your entire customer base or focus only on high-risk entities, Periodic Review gives you complete control without the operational overhead.

ID Verification Module: Your Flow, Your Way

Verification workflows are never one-size-fits-all. That’s why our new ID Verification Module gives you the power to customize how users move through the verification process.

• Choose whether live capture or document upload is the starting point.
  
• Set precise controls on file types and required documents.

This added flexibility helps you design user journeys that balance compliance needs, risk tolerance, and user experience, resulting in fewer drop-offs and faster verifications.

Camera Enhancements: Sharper, Smarter, Seamless

We’ve upgraded our web camera to deliver sharper close-up focus for ID verification. Users can now easily switch between front and back cameras including wide-angle or standard lenses for the best view. Plus, smart prompts guide them to the most optimal setup, reducing retries and speeding up the verification process
